Ryan has worked nearly exclusively with church and other nonprofit organizations, including charter schools, in either locating or in making their location’s availability to other groups on shared/exclusive basis. Including with those services provided, he has assistance in site evaluations, building permits, code and land variances, zoning matters including entitlements and violations, and Conditional, Special and Administrative Use Permits, and the always unpleasant Unlawful Detainer action.

On the legal side, Ryan has negotiated, authored, and reviewed numerous contracts regarding the sale, rental, leasing or licensing of facilities (often in today’s economy on a shared basis), including cell towers, property tax assessments/exemptions, corporate entity formation, nonprofit designation, wills/trust, indemnifications, and mechanic’s liens. His contracts are never fill in the blanks, or easily available standard catch all or minimal form types, but always well thought out and customized to fit the situation at hand. In regards to corporations, he has assisted in many aspects of forming and maintaining nonprofit organizations including the establishment of state and federal tax-exempt status and resolving contract/land disputes.

In regards to corporations, he assist in the many aspects of forming and then maintaining recognized legal status of nonprofit and religious organizations, including the establishment of state and federal tax-exempt status and resolving their contract and real property disputes. He offers proper and legal guidance and education to board members and officers, and author Articles of Incorporation, Statements of Faith, Constitutions and By-Laws.

With regard to the physical buildings, Ryan has developed a keen eye for health and safety violations and liabilities while working with organizations in regards to repairs and maintenance, including acquired bids, obtaining necessary insurance, indemnification, legal Notice of Non Responsibility, and pro-active mechanic/property lien releases. If I can’t fix it myself, I likely know someone who can.

Going Above and Beyond
I needed to initiate a Trust while I was incapacitated at hospital. Ryan Bushore was referred by another attorney and quickly became a trusted friend. He came to me bedside in hospital, to finalize documents of Living Trust. Once out of hospital Ryan sold my house when I needed to downsize, due to medical expenses. He went above and beyond throughout these processes, and feels more like a close family friend in addition to an excellent Attorney.

Trustworthy, sound advice!
I met Mr. Ryan Bushore through a close friend about 3 years ago. My friend holds him in very high regards! I have worked with other attorneys in the past, but none quite like Ryan. Ryan's attention to my needs far exceeded the other attorneys I had worked with in the past. He had full knowledge of 4 different items that I had questions about. I have since hired Ryan to handle a case for me. The case was handled in a fast manner and much to my satisfaction. Ryan gained my trust and loyalty from that day forward. He also has a vast network of other attorneys to help with any matters outside of his spectrum. I have a couple other matters of legality that I will only use Ryan or his trusted colleagues for. I would recommend Ryan to any one of my family or friends. You will find a friend in him...and to me, thatcspeaks volumes!
