Derrick James Taberski

I hired Derrick Taberski for my divorce. He helped me win spousal and child support. I was awarded more support than I even expected to get. He also helped me get a judgment for my Ex to pay a good portion of my legal fees. Derrick is very detail oriented. He comes to court prepared and has all the d...ocumentation ready and available to give to the judge. When my Ex would not provide any proof of income Derrick sent a subpoena to his employers and got all the necessary information. When my Ex would not provide proof of bank accounts Derrick sent a subpoena to his banks and found several thousands of hidden dollars. Beside the money aspect, Derrick helped me with physical custody of my children. He had it put in writing who the children live with and what the visitation would be so that there were no questions regarding this issue before the divorce was final. Derrick has always made himself available to me when I felt I needed help or advice either in person, by phone, or text, or email. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.
