Sabina Chopra

Sabina Chopra is an Attorney and works primarily with estate planning clients, on creating revocable living trusts, incapacity documents, and guardianship documents.

As an attorney, Sabina Chopra works with individuals and families of all walks of life in creating robust estate plans to ensure peace of mind, protection, and financial well-being. Clients rely on Sabina’s honesty and expertise when it comes to meeting their financial and legal obligations to their loved ones. Sabina takes pride in educating clients on the right trust and ownership structures they need to avoid probate, their approach to decisions regarding guardianship nominations, and strategies to achieve simplicity but certainty. As a parent with strong family ties herself, Sabina counsels her clients with their perspective in mind.

A native of Southern California, Sabina graduated from UC Berkeley in 2008 with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Southeast Asian Studies. In 2015, Sabina graduated from Southwestern Law School with Public Service Distinction as a result of her legal advocacy for children with special needs through the Children’s Rights Clinic. While at Southwestern Law School, Sabina also externed at the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office to fully round off her exposure to the pitfalls of litigation and hone her interest in protecting families.

Sabina is admitted to the State Bar of California and the US District Court, Central District of California. In her spare time, Sabina enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, and reading. Sabina is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu
