I cannot express how blessed I feel to have met James. He truly is an angel. He’s a very charming guy and I loved his demeanor. He made me feel at ease after not being able to sleep for days because of my problems. I called James to ask him about representing me in several lawsuits I was dealing with from creditors of many years ago. One of them was an outstanding debt from a car I bought over 10 years ago that ended up being repoed. The creditor was going to start garnishing my wages and I had never even been ...served with the lawsuit documents. Thankfully I called JD after being referred to him by my daughter. He made more than one suggestion about what steps I could take. I ended up choosing to file for bankruptcy, which I was surprised to find out, is a service he also offers. He also agreed to represent me in the lawsuits if I chose to move forward that way instead. Mr. Cuzzolina is very dedicated collection attorney. I am glad that our paths crossed 6 months ago.
