I highly recommend the law office of JD Cuzzolina. About a year ago I hired another attorney who was able to obtain a judgment but told me it was uncollectable. I am glad I found JD on google. From the first couple of weeks there was progress as I spoke to his staff regularly. He did in fact collect ...on my judgment with all my court costs, attorneys fees and even interest. I cannot express how blessed I feel to have met James. He truly is an angel. He’s a very charming guy and I loved his demeanor. He made me feel at ease after not being able to sleep for days because of my problems. I already had an attorney but decided to substitute James into my case because he knew... exactly what to do to solve my problems. I hope this review helps others in similar situations. I called James to ask him about representing me in several lawsuits I was dealing with from creditors of many years ago. One of them was an outstanding debt from a car I bought over 10 years ago that ended up being repoed. The creditor was going to start garnishing my wages and I had never even been ...served with the lawsuit documents. Thankfully I called JD after being referred to him by my daughter. He made more than one suggestion about what steps I could take. I ended up choosing to file for bankruptcy, which I was surprised to find out, is a service he also offers. He also agreed to represent me in the lawsuits if I chose to move forward that way instead. I’m very happy with his services and will be referring all my friends and family to his office. :) He’s the first lawyer I meet that’s not pushy to shove his services down your throat.

James was extremely knowledgeable when asked him for advice on a legal contract pertaining a consulting agreement. He gave recommendations on how to negotiate portions of the contract that needed adjustments to weigh in my favor. James has the ability to look at all sides of an issue so that an appea...ling outcome can be reached. I highly recommend his legal services for he is quick and does his research.
