James D. Cuzzolina

I highly recommend the law office of JD Cuzzolina. About a year ago I hired another attorney who was able to obtain a judgment but told me it was uncollectable. I am glad I found JD on google. From the first couple of weeks there was progress as I spoke to his staff regularly. He did in fact collect ...on my judgment with all my court costs, attorneys fees and even interest. I was very impressed with his office's services. I will use him again if need be.

I went to J.D. after another lawyer referred me to his office. He’s very detailed and seems to know a lot about collection and bankruptcy. In my particular case, the person who owed me money filed for bankruptcy. All other lawyers said there was nothing I could do and told me to let it go. Well, not ...J.D., he actually gave me several options on how I could collect and as it turns out, he is also a bankruptcy lawyer! It’s rare to find both a creditor and debtor lawyer. I’m very happy with his services.
