Biography
As a professional, I have diligently and extensively studied and trained in the legal processes of litigation, mediation and collaboration. I teach these skills at Western State College of Law and co-founded the Collaborative Divorce Education Institute to teach other professionals.
As a human being, I recognize that the vast majority of people want to be fair and move away from conflict with dignity and respect to find peace. As a peacemaker, coming to the practice of Mediation and Collaborative Law is coming home.
Bart graduated from Western State University College of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1988. Bart has actively practiced Collaborative Law since February 2004 and Mediation since 1998.
