After refinancing a property, The title company messed up in recording of our quitclaim deeds. It seemed that something was wrong. We informed the tittle company. It took a while, going back and fort, the tillite company claimed that it was fixed. By now we lost the trust in accuracy of the dee...ds. We needed an expert to review the documents. Marc was very personable and knowledgeable. He reviewed our documents and told us that everything was ok. He answered all of our questions and explained relevant details.
