Can’t relate to the others about 5 stars
Retainer says fee is negotiable, didn’t negotiate with me, actually assistant told me it wasn’t negotiable. If settlement doesn’t settle by 120 days fee goes up to 40% from 33%. Replied last January 26, 2018Dear Mr. Mason. It's unfortunate that you've left this and other misleading reviews about me and my firm. As you stated, you are the first to leave such a negative review. I disagree that you did half-work. We worked tirelessly for over six months on your matter. Our office obtained every dollar possible for your recovery. We obtained full policy limits on not just one, but two insurance policies. Despite you originally being put at fault. Your settlement exceeded six figures and we did a tremendous job in negotiating all liens so that you can go home with most of it - yes most of it. If you recall, you tried for several months to resolve the matter on your own, was given the runaround by adjusters, and then later decided to retain my office. The terms were always explained to you and you agreed to them. Call around, our terms are standard practice. My office was very patient with you despite countless vulgar text messages sent to my staff. Far too many to count. I was under the impression you were more than happy, but two months later it seems that's not the case. Best of of luck.
