It saddens me to see this review, from the first day you came to our office we have tried in every way possible to help you and your family. When you filed your application for relief, we informed you the current wait time was three years, however we also informed you that it would be possible to request a faster interview if there is a documented medical condition. Our firm always encourages people to go on Wednesday's and see if they have any available dates in order to expedite the case, the wait time today is still 4-5 years for people who applied in the same time frame as you. You went and requested an expedite on your own and they granted you your expedite for interview, you were subsequently granted your form of relief soon after. You mentioned many negative things in your review which I will not get into or discuss because this is not the place for that, however you never mentioned in your review that our office prepared all the necessary documents in order for your case to be granted, as it was not granted only because you went and requested a sooner interview date. You also did not mention that our office was the one that withdrew from representation prior to the interview for reasons we would rather not mention.
