Mr. Akram Abusharar is the most professional genuine honest straight to the point attorney whom I have ever met and dealt with, he will never waste your time and will give you true advise & best solutions, he has solved a very critical legal case for me within a very short amount of time (10 days), t...hat I believe so many other attorneys would have caused this case to become a disaster instead of finding a solution. I was so lucky to have met Mr. Akram, he is simply the best attorney that you will ever meet, am sure your case will be in good hands, he has the best staff with excellent follow-up and service. I hired Akram to help me with my immigration case, asylum issue. I paid him in advance, he was so careless about my case, he didn't even speak during the asylum interview. The case was submitted to the immigration without numbers, highlights, without even understanding my case. My case was turned do...wn because of him. I had to hire another attorney to have my case get approved. I was really shocked how unprofessional he was. I would rate him zero stars for handling asylum cases.

Ok well, I was with a different lawyer before I appoint Mr. Akram, and lets just say my previous lawyer had no idea on situation regarding my case (Asylum Case), they had me (old lawyer) prepare my decleration my self, prepare all the documents and put everything together BY MY SELF and everytime I a...sked them to see if there is any changes or amendments to be done their response was " It looks great, keep it as it is " which turns out after waiting almost a year and a half that they did nothing other than the regular filing (which I could do on my own), and every time I asked or inquired about updates, their generic response was " still pending " without no explanation.... then I stated meeting people who filed after I did, had their interviews too and some of them were approved I was SHOCKED !!! the name that time was rapidly repeated was " Akram Abu Sharar " .... each and every single person I asked regarding same case conditions said : Akram Abu Sharar (knowing the facts they were different nationalities) and I am a Syrian national and I had very good feed back from different individuals who worked with Mr. Akram so I said why not !!! I called the office and they were very nice and friendly when I asked to talk with Mr. Akram (not your typical money hunger/greedy lawyers) I talked to him directly, gave him a brief about my situation and he asked me for more details and to come over to his office to discuss my case. I did visited him with my family and told him about my case and it felt I was living in a different world,,,, first of all, he did not charge me a penny for his consultation, second, he gave me facts, statistics and updates regarding my asylum more than what I heard in almost two years !!! This gentlemen knows what is he doing, he handled hundreds of asylum cases, he is full aware of what is really happening on grounds with countries that have conflicts (Especially Syrians) and many of those I met were Syrians as well. His experience makes you feel comfortable knowing that IF you follow his instructions (as I did) and were prepared by him for your case/interview, you better know unless you are a very thick headed brain or simply moron (sorry for this expression) but this is the only reason in my opinion that a person would be rejected !!! Mr. Akram has been practicing many years ago...(saw many certificates and awards in his desk when I visited him) plus add the fact that he practiced in different states as well (and welling to represent clients in different states as well). People might be surprised that I'm writing this huge review but believe me this is the least I can do after suffering and waiting for my interview (which I had to wait close to 3 years in California - Southern California) and thanks god after all this waiting and after all the preparation with Mr. Akram and his associates I conducted my interview and today (10/20/2016) I had my decision with APPROVAL !!!!! One of the happiest moments in my life and I strongly advise those people out there who are wondering around looking for legit lawyer, STOP, take my advise, go see Mr. Akram and you won't regret it !!! The only loss I had in this process is the money I paid for my previous lawyer (which they refused to refund me) And I have to mention this to all those people who are saying that he is greedy and stuff, well he is NOT !!! first, he charge me less than half of what the previous lawyer requested, second, I paid him down payment up front and another payment before the interview (which was not in full yet and I didn't have the full amount to pay when the date of interview came and he agreed that I pay them after in a form of installments !!! so there is nothing more to say ,,, IF YOU REALLY NEED YOUR CASE TO BE HANDLED IN A GOOD MANNER, THEN YOU HAVE TO GO TO MR.
