Buddy went in on a restraining order for me. My ex wanted to leave the state with my kids and he put the stops on it. Not only did he do that but he got me full custody of my two kids. Because I'm a man I always thought the courts favored the woman in a case but he put on a solid argument for me an...d we won. He also accepted payments from me because I didn't have the funds to pay all at once. He also didn't charge me for phone calls and emails like many attorneys do for their time. He's a little harsh at times but I didn't hire a therapist. I hired a fighter and that's what I got. Thanks Buddy. You rocked it Bro!

Behrndt told me what i wanted to hear but could not perform in front of a judge and opposing attorney. I found him to be ill prepared, disorganized and to be at a loss of words when pleading my case. The judge disagreed with his interpretation of the law on more than one occasion. He was also rude... and impatient when I would talk to him about my case. He did a very poor job in keeping me informed about my case. He would not return my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. I am surprised that I used him as my attorney as long as I did (about 18 months). There is no need to put up with his behavior and incompetence.

Mr. Behrndt respesented me in my divorce and did an upstanding job for me. With the little resources I had and lack of money, I felt the law firm worked with me with payments and were patient and compasionate with me. Mr. Behrndt answered my emails and never added additional fees as my previous att...orney did. He even was great about answering me on the weekends when I had a few emergencies arrise. He would meet me on the weekends as I could not go to his office during the week due to my job. When my trial came up, he went over and beyond what I expected from my attorney. He really fought for me and my kids. I trust him because I know he's an attorney taht is always in court. He came highly recomeded and I would use him and recommend him to anyone I know.
