If there was a question they were not sure of, they quickly found an answer and responded. We felt we had someone in our court working with us and for us. An Attorney with a Heart
After being denied several times, I hired Stephanie hoping that she would be able to provide some assistance. My case is complicated, as I have seen many doctors, over many years. She was able to gather all of my medical records, which inevitably was a key factor in the judges decision to award me my benifits.
I would also have to say that her assistant Priscilla is the absolute best, bar none. She is very attentive, knowledgeable, and always has a great disposition.
If you are looking for a SSDI attorney, I would highly recommend Stephanie Merritt Driscoll.

Excellent and Knowledge firm
My experience with the Law of Offices of Stephanie Driscoll's l was exceptional. Her assistant, Priscilla was extremely efficient. All of my phone calls were returned promptly, always on the same day. The process of applying for disability can be very overwhelming. But all of my concerns and questions were answered with respect and knowledgeable advice. Because of their vast experience with the Social Security Disability application process, and the Law of Offices of Stephanie Driscoll's thorough completion of my disability application, I was awarded permanent disability the first time it was submitted.
