Sorry excuse for a lawyer

My "STILL NOT EX" retained this man in 2007 for a divorce. We went to court, divorce should have been granted in 2008, waited for papers, never got, moved out of state. Husband remarried in 2010. Contacted court to get final divorce papers so I could change my name back to maiden. Divorce was never f...inalized due to this lawyer holding up paperwork. Here it is 2014, my "husband" is married (illegally) to another woman and I can't change my name, or get remarried if I wanted to (which I don't), but still.... This is unacceptable! My "husband" and his "wife" have racked up unbelievable debt!! Including an Unlawful Detainer!!!! Guess who creditors are coming after??? ME!
