Bob is a good person, but he is not well versed in laws to suit client situation. He is only surface guy for easy picking. Also, he lacks tectic for a situation and strategy for the case. He does not even read court transcript or does not absorbe the content of transcript that violates attoney con...duct or fraudulent work of opposing attorney - in my case the opposing attorney had Unlawfully tempered with judge orser and manupulated the order got it stamped from teh judge office. Bob filed to notice this big CRIME of opposing attorney. He screwed up my case. He was helpless in bring stop to oppesing attorney aggresiveness; he was too docile - thus got over whelmed by the oppsoing atrorney. I finally fired Bob. By the way, I stopped the opposing attroney aggresiveness in 2 phone calls. Bob over bills and does not present a crisp or good case even when he knows the weakness of other party. He is easy going docile person.
