Ms. Minto has been a business and estates transactional attorney based in California since 2003. Her practice is now located in Tustin, CA but represents individuals and entities based throughout the United States and abroad. Her practice is unique in that she endeavors to represent clients globally by bridging the gap between trust planning/administration and business planning and management. She and other members of her firm have an ongoing relationship with growing or transitioning businesses all the way from weighing the best business entity structure and jurisdiction for each client, through business formation, to eventually structuring liquidation and dissolution of business entities and the drafting of succession plans which ensure continuation of business through the next generation or a sale and divestment.
Ms. Minto regularly works in tandem with family law counsel to protect and preserve business and trust assets during the course of a divorce. She has advised numerous clients during marital dissolutions to ensure compliance with family law ATROs while managing and operating family businesses. In addition to representation of business owners during marital dissolutions, Ms. Minto serves as an on call in-house attorney by drafting and negotiating buy-sell agreements, agreements governing third-party relationships, employment matters and business relationships; insurance and financial transactions; conducting due diligence; and maintaining compliance with applicable government regulations.
Ms. Minto has assisted clients in crafting comprehensive estate plans, including formation and registration of tax exempt organizations, establishing irrevocable trusts, including grantor-retained trusts, and other tax saving vehicles which ensure preservation and management of wealth for generations. Upon the death of a family member, Ms. Minto has provided guidance and comfort to trustees and beneficiaries of the decedent during the trust administration process, and assistance in transitioning family business interests.
Ms. Minto has been selected as Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers, in 2008 and 2010. She speaks Italian, Spanish and French.

Creditors
Noelle and her team where professional, courteous and diligent with my case. It was a small matter but they took it as though it was a large one. They reached a settlement quickly and very little effort on my side. I would highly recommend Noelle amen will be using her services again if needed.

Needed help bad after two deaths in my family
After my mother's death, The bank locked all her accounts and the insurance company was playing games. Our family lawyer never call me back. I called Noelle for help! My paper work was not in order at all. She took care of everything and always answered her phone. (THE BEST)

Excellent Estate Planning Attorney
I have worked with Noelle on my Estate Planning and was very impressed by the way she handled my business. Noelle was extremely professional and available for all my questions. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an Estate Planning attorney to reach out to Noelle Minto for all your needs.
"I know Noelle through a handful of networking groups and from speaking on a panel with her. Her knowledge of the subject matter is deep and she is so great at explaining things in plain English. My favorite thing about Noelle is her pragmatism. Like me, she is less concerned with theory and more focused on how things play out in the real world when lawsuits happen and how likely it is that you will get the outcome you desire. I've asked her to speak to other groups that I am a member of, such as a women's C-Suite group, where she blew them away with her presentation. I've taken all of my 20-something kids to her to get Power of Attorney forms during COVID and to update my will & trust. She gave them great life advice and they all know how critical it is to have a will & trust and healthcare power of attorney, etc. I recommend her to all my clients seeking this type of counsel, because to me, she is the gold standard. :)"
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. Not only have I had the pleasure of hearing her speak at various legal seminars, but I work in the same building as she does and I see the constant flow of happy clients. She's graciously discussed business matters with me when needed and she's a beautiful person."
