Gary Allen Peterson

I have had the opportunity to utilize Gary Peterson's personal injury expertise "3 times". I was involved with two personal injury auto collisions and for my daughter's dog bite case. Always use a personal injury attorney for personal injury cases and immediately take photos and video with your smart...phone when the incidence occurs. In both auto collisions I was rear ended. The first was a three car collision and the insurance companies of both parties did not want to offer me anything when I tried to handle the situation by myself, but when Gary accepted the challenge we got way more than expected from both insurance companies. In my second auto collision I was taken to the hospital and Gary did a fantastic job dealing with the party's insurance company that hit me AND my insurance company for MAXIMUM collections. Lastly, my daughter was taken to ER due to a dog bite and Gary came to the rescue again with a very nice settlement. All I can say is that I was very pleased with Mr. Peterson's expertise and experience on all three cases and that I highly recommend him. He is very pleasant to talk to, explains legal concepts simply and is very response via phone and email. You do not deal with paralegals or junior attorneys, Gary does it all.
