My parents and I used Zev Brooks to create our trusts years ago, and he made that process very simple and painless to put in place at the time. My parents have both passed away over the last 2 years, and everything that had been prepared was super helpful to take care of now that it was needed. M...y dad depended on my mother for care, so when she passed away first, we needed to activate the POA docs that had been prepared.
