Mark Steven Martinez

I would highly recommend Mr. Martinez. I consulted with Mr. Martinez and told him I would think about hiring him. The day of the hearing I called him at 7:00 a.m. to hire him. Miraculously, he answered the phone and showed up with me to court that morning. I was being charged with a dui and hit a...nd run with property damage. After Mr. Martinez finished representing me, the DUI was dismissed and I entered a deferred entry of judgment on the hit and run violation. All I had to do was attend 1 class and pay some minimal fines. I was so happy, I used the money I saved to get a tattoo. I was on Felony probation for Post release Community Supervision, PCS and 3 months prior I received a wrongful FLASH incarceration which would have required I stay on PCS for another 2 + years. I retained Mark to fight the FLASH and get my PCS terminated. Did I mention that I had a horrible P.O. wh...o was set on sending me back to prison? In any case, despite vehement opposition from the probation department and the District Attorney, Mark was successful in the motion and now I am finally a free man and no longer on PCS or any probation of any kind. I would like to first of all thank Mr. Martinez in not only doing such an awesome job but also in how much commitment and energy he added in helping us overcome the case that my father went through. He kept me well informed, pitched his ideas and advice on how we should attack the case. He had back u...p plans and expressed what was best for my father. Even though we went through several hearings due to the difficulty of the case and the judge/DA not allowing us to give a fair sentencing, Mark neve gave up.
