Kristine Joy Exton

For over twenty years, Kristine Exton represented cities and school districts in state and federal courts. She specialized in handling employment lawsuits with allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and whistle blowing. While handling hundreds of lawsuits from their initiation through completion, Ms. Exton conducted and participated in mediations, arbitrations, investigations, court appearances, trials and arguments before the California Appellate Courts.

In 2015, Ms. Exton opened her own law firm devoted to performing mediations, arbitrations as well as workplace investigations. Since that time, she has worked with cities, school districts, community college districts and private companies.
