Mathieu Harris Putterman

Mathieu H. Putterman is an associate in the Orange County office of Klinedinst PC. Mr. Putterman takes a pragmatic approach to litigation, tailoring his litigation strategy to meet the goals of those he represents. To do so, he makes the effort to ensure that those clients are well informed and involved in strategy development and implementation at all stages of litigation. He takes great pride in delivering legal services to clients in retail, hospitality, transportation, and construction industries.

Prior to joining Klinedinst PC, Mr. Putterman litigated matters involving personal injury, business and commercial, employment, real estate, and construction disputes. Mr. Putterman has valuable experience in all aspects of case handling, including case evaluation, discovery, law and motion, mediation, and trial preparation. He has also conducted a bench trial as “first chair”.

Mr. Putterman received his Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While in law school, he served on the mock trial board, as an academic fellow, and as research assistant to Professor Michael Bazlyer, with whom he had the pleasure of assisting in the publication of the book entitled “Holocaust, Genocide, and the Law: A Quest for Justice in a Post-Holocaust World”.

Mr. Putterman is active in the Orange County community he serves, having memberships in professional organizations such as the William P. Gray Inn of Court and Orange County Bar Association, as well as having leadership positions in the Jewish Federation & Family Services of Orange County. Outside of the office, Mr. Putterman enjoys spending time with his family and out on the golf course.
