I am a partner at the law firm of Kahana & Feld, LLP. I specialize in defending homebuilders, developers and general contractors in their litigation and transactional matters.
I graduated from the University of Houston in 1995 with a BS in Political Science cum laude. From 1995-1996, I worked as a traveling consultant for Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity. I then moved to California in 1997 to attend Whittier Law School where I graduated cum laude in 1999. While in law school, I clerked for the Hon. Alex Kozonski (US Court of Appeals - Ninth Circuit) and served on both the Law Review and Trial Advocacy Honors Board. I was also the President of the National Jewish Bar Association from 1998-1999 and elected into the Joseph A. Ball / Clarence S. Hunt Inns of Court.
I am licensed to practice law in the states of Arizona, Texas and California and before the US District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California, the Northern District of Texas and the US Court of Appeals.
I am married to Samantha Kuper Feld and have two daughters - Mia & Tova. To maintain sanity, I enjoy playing basketball, camping, scuba diving and traveling.

I would highly recommend Jason Feld to defend any construction defect case. Jason is a tough litigator, with the experience required to handle the most complex construction defect cases through settlement or trial -- if necessary.
