Excellent Trust Litigation Attorney

I have worked with many attorneys in various capacities over the years. This was the first time I have ever needed representation. I met with and hired Mr. Kienle to represent me and my father's estate. Mr. Kienle was very knowledgeable in trust law, something that evident throughout the case. He w...ent over and above in his communication with me throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to phone calls and emails. Mr. Kienle was always respectful to the court and well prepared. It was evident this was noticed by the Judge handling the case. If you are ever in the position of needing a trust litigation attorney, I would highly recommend Mr. Kienle.

General Litigation

I hired Andrew Kienle to represent me when my claim to ownership of my house was challenged. I found him to be professional and knowledgeable as he guided me through the long and frustrating process. He was available for questions and explanations and his strategies and insights brought the result...s to a favorable ending. Upsetting

I hired Mr. Kienle to help me recover money, 1 1/2 million dollars, a Trust matter that was combined with my Moms separte money she inherited from her parents. I was asked to send operative estate documents and I did. I was given no list of the documents they wanted. I sent them to Mr. Kienle and he... never requested any more documents until after our discussion. The first meeting was horrible, he basically argued every point and was not helpful at all. I'm fighting for 1 1/2 million dollars and you would think he would try to find a way to get it, after all his is my Attorney and he has a Fiduciary duty to me. I sent in more documents the next day and he said they were dated to long ago, I said I have current dated e mails to send him, also I asked him to look into some Tort law and all he did was DROP me as his client. I was in total shock, keep in mind he is my attorney. I then stated that it was wrong what he was doing and I will write a review of my experience. Then he states that I slandered him, I asked him to forward what he feels are slanders and he forwarded nothing, He also states that the reason I was dropped was because of my actions ,but he also says I did nothing wrong. He has confused me , wasted my time, upset me, didn't listen to me and has broken our Fiduciary relationship. I will be making a complaint to the California Disciplinary License Board. These are my beliefs and my allegations,

We understand and appreciate the frustration with the family and financial issues dealt with in the past. However, we could not in good conscience retain the retainer and proceed with a claim which does not appear, based on the very limited information provided, to have merit.
