Highly Recommend HKP!

I hired Mr. Kienle to defend me in a trust litigation matter. He was courteous and professional, and his depth of expertise in such matters was obvious from the start. His fees were very fair and he did not inflate his charges. The outcome was successful and I would hire HKP again.

Messy Trust issue

When my mother passed in May 2023, her live-in boyfriend of 42 years signed her death certificate as her husband; and that began the fraud as he used that to take my mother's 50% of a Condo they purchased together in 1988 and put it in his Trust. I never wanted to litigate in court, but he was makin...g it difficult and was non- responsive to all our required communication. Eventually, he sued my mother's Trust to say the Condo was all his. Unfortunately, that was never written down, but what was documented legally with my mother's half of the Condo in multiple ways and on her deed. We proved he did not have the right to do that and told him it was Fraud, which he claims he didn't understand how it could be fraud. He used multiple attorneys, so it made discovery complicated. Finally, we provided a way out for him and gave him grace to accept the terms of putting the 50% back, without any further legal trouble. He finally agreed and Andrew Kienle worked through the entire process efficiently and with complete professionalism. I hope I don't need his firm again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to reach out again and work with Mr. Kienle.

I hired Andrew Kienle to represent me when my claim to ownership of my house was challenged. I found him to be professional and knowledgeable as he guided me through the long and frustrating process. He was available for questions and explanations and his strategies and insights brought the result...s to a favorable ending. During the process the house was sold before the case was over and Andrew's real estate expertise helped make that very complicated process flow smoothly. Expertise Shows! Knowlegeable, Helpful, Hears the Need, Concise and Efficient..

When my Dad passed and an unexpected probate situation arose, I was referred at the correct time to this firm for assistance with the Probate litigation. I was feeling lost and alone in a process with which I was completely unfamiliar, and Andrew Kienle expertly traversed what seemed like choppy wa...ters to me. The process was smooth and clean once he stepped in, and he kept me informed at each step in the process. His advice matched with the values I expressed, and the outcome showed that he is truly listening to his clients and understanding of the needs of the client. He is great at getting to the right path quickly which saves costs for the client (time/emotional/money) and he is honest about the right approach for the case, even if you may want to hear something different. In the end of my probate situation, I was happy with how it turned out, and the peace afforded me by having his Professional expertise leading the way during this confusing time of my life. When a relative dies, a person becomes vulnerable, and where so many would prey on that vulnerability ( as occurred in my case which is why I sought legal help in the first place), Andrew and his firm were courteous and compassionate, patient and professional. While the other party struggled just to get forms filed correctly, Andrew always had us filed timely and accurately. Never an issue. And that is a big deal in Probate cases.
