Scott Wells provided us with poor legal representation in a criminal case with no act of commitment nor his dedication as he failed his job with gross neglect and disregard for the his clients best interest. 1st he did disclose a severe health issue that would hinder his work ability that he knew ...he had and did not disclose to us at the time, we retained him if known we would have searched other council that could have provided their full capacity and attention to representation. So with no knowledge his personal problem became our problem with his missed court dates and rare client communication The outcome of his failure resulted in a double life sentence verses a 10 year plea deal he was offed. But due to Scotts negligence and unprofessionalism . the deal fell through because he could not wait to sign the deal after the court was dismissed for lunch time and the judge instructed us to return after lunch to sign the papers. Scott told the Judge he had a personnel appointment and asked the judge if we could come back on Monday to sigh as his wife has an Anniversary weekend surprise for him and must leave, even against our concern as we wanted to sign the deal after lunch, but Scott assured us the deal is a done deal don't worry, it cant be changed, it can wait till Monday. So we trusted him, and said ok as long as the deal cannot be taken back. Well Scotts concern for his personal needs over his clients needs cost my son his life, as the plea deal was taken back.( any good criminal lawyer should have there is a chance they can change it , and in the clients best interest Scott should have stayed and signed the plea deal that day! all because Scott could not wait around for 1 more hour. His negligence cost my son his life. Do not hire as legal Council!!!!!

Got serious criminal traffic violation charges reduced to infraction. This was a challenging goal given the circumstances and prosecution team involved, and he made it happen. He was honest, up-front, realistic, and handled everything swiftly in a way that allowed me to avoid stressing about my imp...ending case outcome on a daily basis.

I have been to the mountain several times with Scott by my side mostly for my children as they have grown up and made stupid mistakes. He is definitely part of the family. I have reccomended him so many times I probably should get some kind of kick back,,,lol. It is my honor and privlege to recommend... Mr Scott Well. You wont be disappointed and he is quite the artist as well.
