Paul John Denis

Paul Denis focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation, representing employees against employers in both wage and hour class action and individual claims, including allegations of employee misclassification, off-the-clock work, and meal and rest period violations. In addition, Mr. Denis also has experience prosecuting claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and the negotiation of severance packages.

Mr. Denis has worked on both sides of the aisle, representing defendants and plaintiffs in all phases of civil litigation. While working at a general litigation defense firm, where he represented health care providers in all aspects of healthcare liability, along with defending businesses in construction defect and product liability cases. As an associate with a boutique class action litigation firm situated in Irvine, California, Mr. Denis represented employees from Silicon Valley regarding layoffs, severance packages, and retaliation for asserting their legally protected rights.

Mr. Denis is fluent in both written and spoken Spanish, and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in California.
