Biography
Charles Daff is a State Bar Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy, assisting consumers and business owners with Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies for more than 45 years. Charles also serves as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in the Riverside Division , since his appointment by the U.S. Department of Justice in 1987.
Designated a "Super Lawyer", an award granted to the top 5% of attorneys in Southern California, Charles is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum, and the National Associaton of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He also serves on the Bankruptcy Advisory Commission for the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and serves on the Bankruptcy Mediation Program Panel.
He speaks on bankruptcy issues for a variety of groups and organizations, including the National Business Institute, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Orange County Bar Association, Inland Empire Bankruptcy Forum and Orange County Bankruptcy Forum.
