Scott is a true professional. In the moment that I needed him most, he was there. Aside from being a fundamentally sound, tactical attorney, what stood out to me most about Scott was his care and concern for me. The entire time I worked with him, I felt comfortable and knew that I was working with the right attorney. He made all of the right moves and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. And guess what? Now my case is dismissed and I can put the past behind me. I couldn't have done it without you, Scott. Thank you so much!

Getting arrested was one of the scariest moments of my life. I am so thankful to have been introduced to Scott Thomas by my cousin the next day. He immediately put me at ease and made going to court a painless experience. He had the entire case and all charges dropped with a brilliant motion to suppress evidence. If I were ever to be arrested again he is the first person I'd call. In fact, I've got him on speed dial!

I was charged with a felony strike as well as some other misdemeanors. I had another attorney who literally did nothing for four months and was saying that we would have to go to preliminary hearing, and after that trial, which would cost $20k. This guy never returned my calls and didn't do anything on the case
.After finally having it with this "prominent" OC criminal defense attorney, I was referred to Scott. Scott was super helpful and explained to me exactly what his thoughts of the case were, and what his strategy was. I retained Scott, and within a few days he got my file from the previous attorney and was already talking to the DA about resolving my case. On the first pretrial when Scott became my lawyer, he spent an hour negotiating with the DA and got the felony strike DISMISSED on day one! I ended up pleading to one misdemeanor charge, which in all honesty, I was totally good for.
Scott could have dragged his feet and gone to preliminary hearing and gotten more money out of me, but he didn't. He told me we could beat the felony charge at jury trial if he couldn't get it dismissed prior to then, but he was honest and fought for me from the start and got the result I wanted, and saved me money at the same time. Scott did exactly what he said he would and is a person of integrity who you can trust. He knows his stuff, picks up his cell phone, and made me feel like someone was in my corner who had my back.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SCOTT C. THOMAS TO ANYONE CHARGED IN A CRIMINAL CASE!

Smart. Committed. Charming. It is no surprise that Scott's results are so good. With his level of commitment to protect his client, he leaves nothing to chance. Without hesitation, I'd recommend him to a friend.

I have known Scott as an attorney for several years. As a civil litigator, I am periodically confronted with crossover criminal issues in my cases. Scott is the first attorney I contact whenever I have questions related to potential criminal issues. In all of the matters I have referred to Scott, he has achieved overwhelming success.
