Ronald Steven Winters

I hired Ron Winters in 2003...spoke with him once in person. He failed to tell me at the introduction meeting that would be the last time I would be speaking with him, talking by phone to him or getting any sort of helpful reply from his rude, uneducated staff who have bad attitudes and could care l...ess if you get the important information for your case to Ron or from Ron...NO ONE cares. They act like you are bothering them when you call. I didn't see Ron again until years later, when I INSISTED that something be done about my case. They only paperwork he did was to fill out all of the forms for HIMSELF to get paid out of any sort of award I DIDN'T get. Yet he got paid anyway. His paralegal LiSA (that I dealt with for years instead of Ron) shouldn't have been allowed to work with fellow human beings. She was rude, short with me, acted like I was stupid and never once in almost an entire decade showed any sort of care or concern about me or my case. My case was rather complicated and LISA just happened to DISAPPEAR about 1 week before my case was heard. NONE of the information I wanted forwarded to Ron somehow never made it there. This man is still my lawyer, yet I was told by his office staff that he has retired??? I still wonder why he never mentioned it to ME? The office still won't help me collect my award money for reimbursement & medical expenses...apparently he already got his cut of the money and there's NONE left in my case I was told by other attorneys for anyone to take it on. I lost my 17 year career with a major airline because of his ineptness, he didn't bother to ask about a medical retirement, instead...left me uninsurable and somehow managed to waive all my rights for receiving penalties and fees that were due to me. After a 17 year career, I didn't even receive EDD. Now I am without a home as I had to sell my condo that was almost paid off. I am without a car because I needed the money from the sale of it. My employer still owes me a lot of money and where's Ron????? I don't know...where is Ron anyway? The girl that used to answer the phone is now acting as my attorney and I don't believe that she is even a paralegal and to boot she's got a TUDE going on....What an ongoing nightmare.
