I met with Roland and had a very simple, slam-dunk litigation case that lasted approximately a year and a half. He had to appear in private quarters a total of 2 times. On my final day in court he called and said that his "best friend died" so he sent an appearance attorney who knew absolutely nothin...g about my situation. He billed me for over 300 hours but (I believe) literally worked on my case no more than 12 hours. I have phone records from HIM calling ME asking me questions completely unrelated to my case (regarding his personal issues in my area of expertise) and he billed me $70 for a 3 minute conversation that HE initiated. This is just the tip of the ice-berg. Roland is the type of lawyer that gives lawyers a bad name. If you are currently consulting with this guy...RUN FOR THE HILLS. You will end up with sub-par representation and a hyper-inflated lawyer bill.
