Hiring Pia was the best thing I've done for my Immigration process. From the very start, she was able to clearly communicate the game plan for my application for Residency Visa. She explained the requirements that I needed to satisfy to be granted the new status and kept me posted on the progress of ...the application such as the collection of supporting documents, preparation and submission of the application, keeping in touch with the USCIS. She would also very helpful in processing other necessary applications to make the change of status smoother (i.e. travel permits, etc.). Since then, I have recommended Pia to other friends and have hired her.

Working with her in tandem for the ...case was a pleasant though tumultuous journey due to the increasing difficulty for acquiring the O-1 VISA. In spite of that, she ran through details and specifics for my case; followed up with me closely on the requirements on a weekly basis till the final approval of the VISA itself. Though there are moments where communications could have been handled better, she is an excellent lawyer and I am absolutely satisfied with the amount of effort her and her team put into for my case. Pia would never pick up the phone, call/message me back, or keep me updated. I have had to schedule physical meetings via her secretary just to get a few questions answered or for any help with confusing legal paperwork. Her assistants were also subpar at communicating, and couldn't relay informati...on in a timely manner, when time was of utmost importance. I'm sure she is a qualified individual, and can get the job done. However I am incredibly displeased with the complete lack of communication, and will be using someone else's services in the future.
