I actually got more acomplished before I went to Mr. Diaz. My case actually got worse after hiring him because once you've entered into the work comp system with an atty you can mo longer contact anybody nor can they contact you they have to go through your attorney. This does not go well if your a...ttorney is always unavailable and his assistant does everything and there were many errors after all they are not the one with the degree. Did not return phone calls or emails. Nothing moves fast in work comp but an occasional update would have been nice. There are Alot of people involved in a workers comp case. You need a atty who is hands on and treats your case with the compassion and dignity you deserve. I stumbled on him i should have done more research that is why i wanted to write this review. To save someone else this experience. So i would recomend you keep searching try to find someone who can recomend an atty who is respectful and hands on.
