Michael Dale Davis

I was referred to this lawyer by a friend that had gone through a divorce, and at the time I was looking for an amicable situation that turned sideways and he stayed by my side and helped me through a long divorce. (not because of me, but my ex was fighting the whole situation and was drinking and ly...ing). Mr Davis took his time explaining different scenarios and how it could work out so I could make informed decisions. The job was done so well that I have hired him for other situations and consulted him for writing up other legal documents. (Promissory note and prenuptial agreement, learn from previous situation). I have come to consider him and his wife Laurie family friends. I highly recommend Michael Davis.

At the end of last year I was in a serious car accident that was not my fault. Beyond the rushed emergency room visit, I had many additional visits to a physical therapist for the injuries I sustained. It was a very stressful and scary time in my life since the medical bills were rolling in and I was... on my way to getting married in just a few months and trying to catch up on those bills. But once I had sat with a few different lawyers the only lawyer i knew that would fight tooth and nail for me was Mr. Davis. He was the first to show compassion and see me as an actual injured human being. Compared to the number of different attorneys that just looked at me as a range of numbers who were also quite pushy and rude! As time passed Mr. Davis was continuously focused on my health and recovery while also taking care of everything else. With Mr. Davis's background in previously working for an insurance company he knew all the tricks the opposing side were gonna pull and boy was he ready to shut them down quick! In the end he got the other drivers insurance company to settle at an amount that was substantial enough to cover the pain and suffering I had incurred as well ease my worries about paying for any future medical insurance reimbursements related to the accident. Mr. Davis provided solid advice, was upfront about everything, was most the time always reachable when I called and when he wasn't he made sure to return my call faster than my own mother would! One of the best parts of Mr. Davis's staff is his wife who would always great you as one of her own whenever calling or entering the office. I can honestly say that I highly doubt there is a lawyer out there, besides Mr. Davis, that would work harder for you than he would while also making you feel like family. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Never hiring an attorney before, I wasn't sure what to expect and I was really scared that my costs would get out of control. I was immediately put to ease when I hired Mike Davis. Through every step of my divorce process, I felt that he kept my kids and my best interest in mind and kept me well-inf...ormed of everything that was going on. When I was really frustrated and angry at my ex and some of the decisions he was making, Mike would talk me down from a ledge and would negotiate the best solution possible for me and my kids. Although, he would give his opinion on certain matters if I felt strongly about something, he would always support me and push for what I wanted and get the best result that he could. He was really good about explaining the outcome good and bad about certain decisions that I would make but always talked respectfully and supported my decisions.
