After the first trial ended in a mistrial and the DA heard our defense, they offered Mr. Orozco a plea bargain before the second trial was about to begin that he willingly accepted. The negotiated sentence by myself and Brian Gurwitz will permit Mr. Orozco's release in 3 1/2 years.
