I have represented numerous clients in civil litigation cases that have ranged from personal injury, real estate litigation, fraud, constructive trust, fair debt collection violations, breach of contract cases and tort cases generally. I was a law clerk with Case Ibrahim and Clauss, LLP for over 2 years while in law school in which my primary focus was real estate litigation and construction defect. I am experienced in handling most civil litigation cases.

I have handled numerous criminal defense cases from Misdemeanors to Felonies. The representation has ranged from recalling warrants to preliminary hearings, successful motions to suppress and trial practice with two dismissals on the day of trial. I clerked with the Orange County Public Defender's Office while waiting for bar results under an experienced attorney on the Felony Panel and have applied the skills learned in practice for the past 2.5 years.

I prefer to handle Family Law cases that involve the distribution of property assets and that do not involve children. However, I have handled numerous restraining order hearings, cases involving custody and visitation disputes and divorces generally. I have been lead counsel in two Family Law trials, one of which I successfully persuaded the Court that my client's property in Mexico was separate property even though it was acquired after marriage.
