Catherine Ann Lawler

Catherine was the second lawyer that I hired for my custody matter. The difference between her and my previous lawyer was immeasurable. Now that I have had another (wonderful) experience with a different attorney to handle the final loose ends in a difficult divorce, I realize how unhappy I am with Ms. Lawler. I never felt she had my best interests in mind, and I do not think she was knowledgeable enough when it came to my pension s...ettlement. I had to push her to get my divorce finalized, there was a lot of paper back & forth and LOTS of what seemed like unnecessary fees. Maybe she could handle a simple agreeable divorce, but mine was complicated and I had an uncooperative spouse....
