Tom Nicholas Yacko

Tom Yacko is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of California. He has focused his career on transactional matters as well as litigation in the cannabis arena while working as an associate at Peirano & Associates Inc. Tom's background includes assisting Orange County and greater southern California companies in a wide-range of exceptional and ordinary course transactions. Tom has also litigated hundreds of matters on behalf of cannabis businesses in California. He joins Schlau|Rogers with an eye toward helping cannabis businesses design, create, and grow. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with double emphasis in Business Management and Finance, as well as minors in English and Philosophy from the University of San Diego, along with a Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law. Tom is a life-long hunting and fishing enthusiast and speaks fluent Russian and conversational Spanish. He lived abroad in Kazakhstan for over two years after college to teach English with the Peace Corps.
