Scott W. Dicus

I got a DUI in CA back in 2016 and ignored most of what I had to do and moved back to Pennsylvania. Here in 2022 (6 years later...) I was looking to get rid of the bench warrant that was out for me in Cali. After some research I found Scott Dicus online and sent him my info. After a few emails and a ...quick phone call he was able to coordinate the court hearing, appear on my behalf and get the warrant cleared while also getting the classes I was required to take (but never took - hence the warrant) cleared as well. I was shocked at how easy this process was and am now happy to say when I search my name no warrants come up!

Worth his weight in gold. I had a few warrants from 10 years ago. I finally was able to get myself into a position where I could take care of my legal matters. I faced 2 narcotics possession charges in late 2016. Of all the lawyers I contacted, Scott was the most prompt and re-assuring. Although I was nervous about my case and wanted to know the immediate outcome, Scott kept me grounded by "not wanting to go into hypotheticals", which honestly, was probably... the best advice for me. I recieved a fair sentence brokered by Scott. Even when I jeopardized my case by not following through with court orders, Scott was able to keep me out of jail and on the straight and narrow. I've only met him once in person, and he is kind, friendly, basically everything you would want in a lawyer. I would reccomend Scott to anyone in need of a lawyer. His prices are fair (for lawyers, so I have been led to understand), and you definitely get what you pay for. Again, excellent lawyer, I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I hired Mr Dicus in 2015 to help with getting a felony expunged that was keeping me from getting employed. I admit it wasn't easy but Mr Dicus kept trying and never gave up. Long story short I proved to the judge I have been rehabilitated. And my prior felony charge was a mistake that I made in my yo...uth. Mr Dicus was always there with answering any questions I had or concerns I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in expungement for employment purposes. I have a career in the trucking industry making good money and I owe it all to Scott Dicus I couldn't be more happy !
