Randall G. Levine

Randall G. Levine Mr. Levine is a graduate of York University where he majored in both Psychology & Political Science in 1979. He went on to Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and gained notoriety in participation of moot court and oral argument. He graduated J.D. in 1983. A member of the American Bar Association since 1984, Montana State Bar 1984, Georgia State Bar 1985, and a member of the California Bar Association since 2001, he has been aggressively practicing law for 25 years. As an experienced criminal and trial attorney, he has been successful in court with DUI, homicide/double homicide, assault, and juvenile criminal defense. He has earned a winning reputation and always maintains strong professionalism, ethics, and dedication. He has a high success rate at arguing cases effectively before both juries and judges. Mr. Levine is a proud and active member of AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association. AILA is a large and powerful immigrant advocacy group consisting of successful attorneys and law professors that are dedicated to the practicing and teaching of immigration law.  His ethical support of immigrants and immigration reform is never failing. In July of 2007, AILA filed a class action lawsuit against the United States federal Citizenship and Immigration Service, after the government rejected thousands of applications for Green cards from highly skilled immigrants. Mr. Levine has done the nearly impossible three times over. He is one of the few attorneys to win an appeal with the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and has in fact, won all three brought before the Board. Since 2002, the Board of Immigration Appeals has received about 35,000 to 40,000 challenges to Immigration Court decisions per year, but only 10% have been successful. Mr. Levine always gives his best to his clients, his family, and his community. He lives in Laguna Beach, California. He has two brothers; the eldest is a defense attorney in Los Angeles, California, and the youngest is an immigration attorney in Toronto, Canada.
