Friendly informative customer service. My lawyer's case worker made me feel very comfortable during my long total loss process. While i was CAR LESS . My case was very difficult since the other person did not admit she ran the red light! But my Attorney fought long and hard and even though it took s...ome time i was always kept in the loop which was perfect for me since my work hours didnt allow me to call during the day for status updates. Ms. Rubio always spoke to me after office hours. She always took my call when i called her cell phone. Now i got a new car and im happy. i will gladly recommend this office. Over all im very happy with my new car and hope you are too.

First of all, I've never met Michael in person. I guess he just wants his business to run that way. Well, what that tells me is that his time is too precious to his see his clients and he probably is even harder to get a hold of than the paralegal that was assigned to me. My paralegal was like a robo...t. Its like she had no emotion and it was always difficult and awkward talking to her. I remember at a certain time during my conversations she made me feel like I was guilty of things that happened in the police report when clearly the other party was at fault. Lastly, when I when I switched over to another attorney, the new attorney I hired told me that Michael was charging me with a whole lot of fees that I hadnt known about. Well, I'm sure regardless of my post, someone will hire Michael. If you do hire Michael, well dont tell me I didnt tell you so... Im so happy with my new lawyer!!
