I scheduled an appointment twice with this lawyer got confirmation both time I would be receiving a call @ 5:30 and never did even called and no one answered. I was told the first time that “ they did call” but my phone never registered the call. Mistakes happen so I rescheduled to not be contacted a...gain. Would not recommend!! If they can simply be on time for an appointment , can’t imagine what the services are like.

I had an impossible case. I was with attorney Marquez for 8 years. My case went before 3 judges thought out the years. At various times I was disappointed and confused. However, she never gave up on my case even though the outcome seemed bleak. I turned my life around and I made sure that the court h...ad more positive information about my personal life in order to overcome my negative past. When a respondent has a negative personal history like mine, there, is very little the attorney can do. I was responsible for turning my life around and showing the court that I took responsibility and that I deserved a chance to be a part of our community. It was not up to the attorney to show my positive moral character, it was up to me. Once I had everything in place, the attorney did her job and was able to adjust my status. Her staff is terrific, they got back to me when they had the time and it was frustrating, but I had to keep in mind that I was not their only client. I am grateful that I kept Attorney Marquez as my attorney I would not have it any other way. Thank you Attorney Marquez and staff for not giving up on the fight and for keeping me together with my family.

I hired her for status adjustment for my husband, am a citizen from the USA she had my case for 4 years and got nothing done all she did is wasted our time and money, we try to contact her so many times for updated information regarding our case and she will never answer so its finally when I fire he...r she try to reach out to us and fo something with our case. Our case was rejected because of missing documents and fees that she didn't sent, so why will she even send an unfinished pagage, I do not recommend her she's the worst unperfeccional and does not know what she's doing
