I hired her for status adjustment for my husband, am a citizen from the USA she had my case for 4 years and got nothing done all she did is wasted our time and money, we try to contact her so many times for updated information regarding our case and she will never answer so its finally when I fire he...r she try to reach out to us and fo something with our case. Our case was rejected because of missing documents and fees that she didn't sent, so why will she even send an unfinished pagage, I do not recommend her she's the worst unperfeccional and does not know what she's doing

Mrs. Dorantes appears very knowedgeabe and concerned with your case but afterwards is too preoccupied to return calls or answer questions. Her assistants handled most of my case. The assisants are helpful and very nice, but always have to relay questions and messages. It took days to get answers f...rom them. Just be advised that once you hire her you willl never hear from her again. Very frustrating!
