Biography
Kathleen Wallace is from Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Secondary Education, graduating with Honors from the University of Northern Colorado. Kathleen moved to California to study law, graduating from Pacific West College of Law. Kathleen has experience in multiple areas of law including landlord tenant law, debt negotiation, family law, and contract law, but practices predominantly personal injury law and criminal defense law. Kathleen is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, including the Young Lawyers Division and the Small Firm Solo Practitioner Division, and the North Orange County Bar Association. Last December, Kathleen ran for Chair of the Young Lawyers Division and currently holds a position as Whip for the Orange County Bar Association Legislative Review Committee. Kathleen is a former member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association. She enjoys volunteering her time at OCBA Community Outreach Events. Kathleen is also currently a professor at Pacific West College of Law where she teaches Appellate Advocacy and Legal Theories.
