I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fermin. This was my first interaction with him,( I have been working with Ricardo)and I was surprised by his unprofessional demeanor. Throughout my discussions with various immigration lawyers, I have never encountered such disrespect. In these challen...ging times, one would expect an immigration lawyer to exhibit a degree of common sense and professionalism when handling sensitive situations. Unfortunately, Fermin disrespected my spouse and me, then mischaracterized our concerns as threats, stating he would no longer represent my case. His communication style was more akin to that of a street-level individual rather than a licensed attorney. Additionally, I paid for my work permit renewal last year and have not received any updates. As my renewal date approaches, I have yet to hear from his office. I cannot recommend this firm to anyone. I urge others to seek legal representation elsewhere, where the attorney genuinely cares!

He guided us through the entire process and was with my daughter at the time she presented the application in the Immigration offices.
