Fabian Celedon Serrato

I have been a long time permanent resident for 30 years. In my early 20's I got mixed up in drugs and picked up some very serious drug convictions. My green card was expiring last year so I decided to submit my application for naturalization. I went to my interview and was detained and a deportation... order was issued against me. I was detained for 30 days. Meanwhile my family called attorneys and many turned us away with no hope on relief in my situation. Fabian was one of the only attorneys that saw hope in my situation. My family hired him and he showed up in immigration court and I was released on bail. 8 months later I had my first court appearance where Serrato law was able to get my deportation case terminated based on a decision from the 9th district court only 2 weeks before my court date. The government agreed and my citizenship app was approved. I couldn't be more happy with these guys. Highly recommend. These guys know there stuff. Thanks guys!!!

Fabian Serrato was hired to help my husband with his immigration status and he has a done a great job! Filling out paperwork, communication, informing us status of the case etc...the experience has been great and the staff is very helpful and very respectful.
