I practice criminal law in Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County and Ventura County. This has allowed me to handle thousands of criminal law matters, where I have yielded my clients with successful results. I believe in fighting vigorously for my clients, while guiding them with support and understanding through the complexities of the legal system.
During law school, I worked for the Federal Public Defender's Office in their Capital Habeas Unit, where I assisted in case investigations and the preparation of federal appeals for death row inmates. I also clerked for the Honorable Craig Richman of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and clerked at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office in both the Hardcore Gang Unit and Training Division. Post-graduate, I also clerked for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office in their Criminal Division, preparing a broad range of criminal cases for trial.
I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University, graduating Cum Laude, with a Presidential Senior Citation Award and National Society of Collegiate Scholars Honor. I subsequently received my Law Degree, from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, with a Criminal Justice Concentration. While in law school, I served as President of the Criminal Law Society, and coordinated and participated in community service mentorship programs for inner-city youth.
As a criminal defense lawyer, I am fully prepared to handle cases involving DUI charges, violent crimes, theft crimes, sex crimes, juvenile crimes, drug crimes, weapons charges and domestic violence. I understand that all criminal charges demand aggressive defense and I will fight to make sure that my clients receive the best possible case outcome.

Danielle is one of the most passionate and hard working attorneys that I know. It is rare to find an attorney that has as much care, compassion, and know how as Ms. Hall. She does an excellent job for all of her clients, and I highly recommend Ms. Hall to anyone seeking an attorney.
