Replied last May 18, 2023This is an anonymous posting so I don't have client's name to refresh recollection. However, my reputation for 30 years in the Orange County court system is to leave no stone unturned in the investigation of the client's case and to vigorously defend each and every client. Indeed, my constant requests for discovery on behalf of my clients caused one DA to comment that I inflict "death by a thousand cuts." Nothing about the above allegation rings true and I have never been investigated by the DOJ.
