Mr. Chen took my case when I found myself unable to walk and represented by a law firm that did absolutely nothing to help me. For years, the law firm I employed initially, failed miserably and repeatedly to represent my interests. As such I found myself in a position which handed the County I worke...d for in complete and total control of my welfare. The County did not have to close my case, they did not have to talk to me and they took great joy in making ME pay for every treatment I received. Mr. Chen stepped in and within weeks negotiated the closing of my W/C case so I could obtain proper medical care. Mr. Chen is a humanitarian first and a lawyer second. His staff is very professional and explained every aspect of what was occurring to me in layman's terms. If you need a W/C Attorney I would suggest Mr. Chen. Mr. Chen did from a distance what my initial (local) attorney could not in a relationship spanning 10 years. Having a competent, caring lawyer is critical in any W/C case. 2023 - I can't believe these Glowing Reviews are true. I think these are bogus reviews. My experience is the same as the first few reviews - Staff is EXTREMLEY RUDE... Attorney's do NOT return phone calls, NO ONE seems to know what's going on with your case. Attorney misses court dates & depositions.... Case has been dragged out for over 5 years. WHATEVER you do...DO NOT use this Attorney. I'm really appalled at the lack of professionalism and poor service Cyrus Chen Law provides... After waiting for 6 years - I have to start my case over again with a Competent and responsible Law Firm!
