Mr. Chen took my case when I found myself unable to walk and represented by a law firm that did absolutely nothing to help me. For years, the law firm I employed initially, failed miserably and repeatedly to represent my interests. As such I found myself in a position which handed the County I worke...d for in complete and total control of my welfare.
