Pat has been a great attorney for our organization. Pat determined that another law firm we were using filed the wrong Articles of Incorporation. Pat was able to provide expedited service to have new Aritlcles of Incorporation approved by the state in order to prevent a deal we were working on not ...to close on time. Pat has excellent skills in negotiating leases on behalf of his clients. We were in the process of trying to close a deal, but the landlord would not negotiate on any of our requested changes. Pat was able to negotiate with the landlord in order to get a more beneficial lease for our organization. Pat has also provided us with valuable information with the dental board so that future fictitious business name filings are not rejected.
